By applying for the position as new owner of Jonas Fashion you agree that if selected you will abide by the following: A link to Meg's email address and Meg's youtube (http://youtube.com/meganrosemusic) must remain under "Site Stats" with the words "Founder: Meg (email)" with the word "Meg" linking to the youtube page and "email" linking to her email.

You agree that if chosen, all networks of Jonas Fashion EXCEPT the store, Youtube (youtube.com/therealjonasfashion), and Twitter (twitter.com/jonasfashion) will be given to you. A link to Jonas Fashion's Zazzle store (zazzle.com/jonasfashion) MUST remain under the networks list at all times. You agree that you will not recieve any potential profit made from the store.

You are aware that, if chosen, the domain "JonasFashion.com" will continue to be used until June 16, 2010. On June 16, 2010, the domain will be available for renewal. If you would like to continue using JonasFashion.com as a domain for Jonas Fashion, you must purchase the domain. Meg will not buy it for you. You also are aware that the email "jonasfashion@gmail.com" will not transfer ownership from Meg to you. You will have to create a new email.

You agree that, if chosen, you will own and maintain Jonas Fashion to the best of your abilities. You consent that any terms and conditions applicable to ownership of Jonas Fashion may be changed at any time without warning.
